I take credit cards, debit cards and HSA. Billing is done through IvyPay. 

I do not accept insurance directly but I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can use to get reimbursed to the degree your insurance covers out-of-network providers.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations and charge my full rate for missed appointments or less than 48 hours notice. Exceptions are made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
