In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am also a Certified Rolfer. I have been practicing Rolfing in San Francisco and Berkeley since 2003. I developed my own style of bodywork called The Barefoot Method in 2008.
Rolfing and The Barefoot Method are structural approaches to bodywork, which means that I commonly work with posture, asymmetries, movement restrictions as well as tension and pain issues.
I was trained and certified by the original school for Structural Integration, the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado in 2003. I currently have a part-time Rolfing practice in San Francisco and Berkeley in addition to my psychotherapy practice.
